Supplier and agreement

The person accepting confirms authority to act for that organisation. These terms include the data-processing agreement for customer workspace personal data. A separate signed order or agreed commercial contract can specify additional terms. Our company disclosures are recorded in the website footer. These business documents require final legal review before public contracting.

What is available

CSV inventory review, the published Azure retirement catalogue, actions, workspace roles and customer reports are available for evaluation. Sample customers/resources and Advisor observations are fictional. The Azure adapter uses manually authorised credentials and has not yet been validated against a live customer estate. AWS/GCP discovery, Microsoft SSO and customer-specific role restrictions are not included. Coverage is bounded by supported notices and evidence; no matches is not assurance that an estate is unaffected.

Customer duties

Supply only information and credentials you are authorised to use. Keep accounts/invitations private, review the official source and approve any operational change through your own process. All members see every customer in their workspace. Do not enter secrets in inventory or action notes, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access or use the service as the sole source of operational assurance. You retain rights in your supplied data and authorise processing only to deliver the agreed service.

Fees and renewal

Free evaluation is available within published limits. A displayed proposed price is not an active paid offer. Once enabled, checkout specifies the applicable monthly price, currency, tax treatment and recurring billing. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the portal, subject to any separately agreed order. Changes to an existing paid price require advance notice before renewal; an active contract is not retrospectively changed by editing a marketing page. No automatic free-to-paid conversion occurs without checkout approval.

Cancellation, service changes and deletion

Cancel through the billing portal when available or contact arran@arcticparade.com if it fails. Any paid access end date is shown in billing. Export before deleting the workspace. Self-service deletion waits for subscription termination, but a separate statutory erasure or processing instruction can be made by email. Material changes to paid scope or terms require notice and a chance to end the affected service; urgent security measures may be taken immediately with an explanation where appropriate.

Support and service standard

Support is asynchronous via arran@arcticparade.com. No published uptime or response-time SLA is included in early access. We aim to deliver the service with reasonable care and skill, investigate reported defects and describe known limitations. We do not guarantee comprehensive notice coverage, customer impact assessment or prevention of an outage. Customer migration decisions require human validation.

Liability and disputes

No exclusion applies where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence. The documents do not impose a blanket exclusion for data-protection duties or strip statutory individual rights. Bespoke liability caps, indemnities, insurance and jurisdiction-specific commercial provisions require an agreed business contract rather than an invented cap in this evaluation notice.
