Arctic Parade LTD infrastructure

The founder-operated Proxmox application/database host holds workspace data and protected backups. This is our own operation rather than a separate hosting sub-processor. Location: United Kingdom. A later VPS provider must be added and assessed before migration.

Postmark

Role: email processor; sub-processor for customer content included in enabled operational reviews. Status: enabled in application settings. Scope: recipients, message content and delivery information. Account/recovery emails contain private links; opted-in summaries can contain customer/action labels. Published service documentation describes US processing.

Stripe

Role: payment/billing provider under applicable Stripe terms; not a recipient of workspace inventories or action notes through this integration. Status: enabled in application settings. Scope: checkout/account contact details, payment information and subscription references. We do not collect card numbers. Confirm the account’s contracting entity, privacy roles and transfer details before activating payments.

Microsoft Azure

A customer-authorised connector requests inventory and Advisor observations from the customer’s chosen subscription. The customer’s existing Microsoft cloud arrangements govern that estate. This listing does not imply automatic tenant consent, Microsoft SSO or independently validated live integration.
