What clinics usually care about

Whether the platform is monitored for failures or degraded service
How quickly issues are noticed internally
Whether incidents are communicated clearly when they affect bookings, emails, or patient workflows

Recommended positioning

Describe monitoring and operational review in plain language rather than promising a formal SLA unless you genuinely offer one.
Say uptime and operational reliability are actively monitored if that is true, but avoid quoting percentages you are not formally measuring.
