Security contact and responsible disclosure
← Back to trust centreA clear route for reporting security concerns or sensitive operational issues responsibly.
Why this page matters
Prospects, clinics, and technically minded users often want to know how to report a security concern safely.
Even a lightweight disclosure path is more trustworthy than having no obvious route at all.
Suggested starter wording
If you need a starting point, publish a dedicated security contact such as security@arcticparade.com once that inbox exists and is monitored.
Ask reporters not to disclose sensitive issues publicly until you have had a reasonable opportunity to review them.
Request enough detail to reproduce or understand the issue safely, including affected page, feature, steps, and any supporting screenshots where appropriate.
If you are not ready to publish formal response timings, say that reports will be reviewed as quickly as possible but avoid promising a fixed SLA you cannot yet support.
