arctic parade

FOR MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDERS

Manage one Azure retirement across every affected customer.

Arctic Parade turns Microsoft lifecycle notices and your inventory into an accountable portfolio workflow: review impact, assign owners, group work into campaigns and preserve evidence.

The gap after the alert

Microsoft publishes retirement signals and Azure Advisor recommendations. MSPs still need to decide which customers are affected, coordinate different migration dates, record decisions and move approved work into a service desk. Arctic Parade keeps that operating trail beside the original source.

01

Build the estate view

Start with a removable sample, an anonymised CSV or an authorised read-only Azure connection. Stable resource IDs let later observations show meaningful changes.

02

Coordinate the campaign

Group one retirement across customers, assign responsibility, set internal dates and require completion evidence.

03

Approve the handoff

Create a review snapshot before preparing customer communications or ticket exports. Nothing deploys a cloud change automatically.

Designed for controlled evaluation

The free evaluation supports one real estate and up to 100 resources without a card or Azure tenant. The £99 monthly founding plan supports up to 50 estates and 10000 resources. Review coverage and limitations, security controls and the Azure Advisor comparison before connecting customer data.

Current boundaries

Automated AWS and Google Cloud discovery, Microsoft SSO and customer-facing approval links are not available. Azure and Freshdesk adapters have documented contract tests but still need authorised live-account validation. Catalogue matches remain review candidates rather than guarantees of impact.
