- Review actions: the queue separates confirmed evidence from items needing investigation, alongside status, owner and vendor/internal deadlines.
- Open a customer report: the report brings together notices, evidence, ownership and a communication draft. Print or save it as a PDF.
- Test the lifecycle: recommendation disappearance requires review; record evidence to resolve. A returning recommendation reopens the action with history preserved.
