Hosted clinic domains, custom domains, and how Arctic Parade handles transactional email safely.
Hosted clinic URLs

Every clinic can launch on its Arctic Parade subdomain first.
•
That is usually the fastest route to getting a trial clinic live.
Custom domains
•
Use a custom domain when the clinic is ready and DNS can be updated correctly.
•
A custom domain should be verified before being treated as fully live.
Email sending
•
For MVP, transactional mail is safest when sent from the Arctic Parade sending domain with clinic reply-to addresses.
•
Custom clinic sending domains should only be enabled after DNS verification is complete.
•
If you are testing in staging, check whether email override settings are redirecting all mail to one inbox.
