Clinic launch readiness

The practical checklist we use before inviting real clinics or trial users into a live environment.

What matters most
Clear setup order for branding, services, practitioners, and payments.
A repeatable release-check flow so teams are not relying on memory.
Useful for both internal QA and clinic onboarding.

Before the clinic goes live

Confirm the clinic has a logo, hero image, contact details, reply-to address, and published services.
Make sure at least one practitioner is active and one room is available for bookings.
Check booking mode, payments, and deposit rules match how the clinic actually wants to operate.
Run the automated release checks before handing the clinic to trial users.

Booking workflow checks

Test a normal booking from the public site through to confirmation.
Test a consultation-first service so the request stays reviewable and does not auto-confirm incorrectly.
Confirm the patient receives the pre-appointment or intake link and the staff team sees the follow-up in CRM.

Operational checks

Review opening hours, blocked dates, and one-off closure windows.
Review service ordering so the public site feels deliberate rather than random.
Check the clinic can find team setup, services, availability, bookings, patients, consultations, and CRM easily in the staff area.
