Add staff, practitioners, opening hours, blocked days, and service ordering.

Team setup

Add team members first, then mark the staff who should appear as practitioners.
Practitioner setup controls who can receive and manage bookings.

Availability

Use weekly booking hours for normal opening times.
Use blocked dates and blocked windows for one-off closures, training, or holiday shutdowns.

Service display

Manual mode lists services by manual sort order only.
Grouped mode lists by category and uses group order first, then service order within each group.
